April

15 – Registration for Major Provincial League – Big League
15 – Submit Charter Application to the district administrator including League boundaries and proof of insurance.

May

1 – Registration for Inter-League – Major, Junior, Senior.
14 – Submit application for ‘Combined Teams’ and/or ‘Interleague’ to your District Administrator for approval before regular season play.
14- Payment of charter fees – T-Ball to Big League and Challenger to LLC.
15- Submit proof of league insurance if not done by April 15.
30 – Payment to the Publicity Fund of Little League Quebec.

June

8- Submit Regular Season Rosters with a cheque for $2.00 per player payable to L.L.Q.
Note: L.L.C. will reimburse a league that has less teams than registered and paid for on the charter application if L.L.C. gets the league’s “Finalized Rosters” BEFORE June 8. If L.L.C. receives the rosters after June 8 it will not reimburse a league if it has fewer teams than chartered. At all times, L.L.C. will charge the league extra charter fees if it has more teams than registered on the charter.
8 – Submit application for “Combined Teams” and “Interleague Teams” for tournament play to your District Administrator.
13 – Submit all changes and adjustments to chartered teams (regular season teams).
15 – Submit registration sheet for tournament teams to L.L.Q.

July

1 – Submit to L.L.Q. tournament schedules – all categories.
9- Submit to L.L.Q. All-Star Rosters – Major, Junior, Senior, Big League.

September

1 – Pay all tournament fees to L.L.Q.
1 – Pay all invoices, either to L.L.Q or L.L.C. re tournaments, supplies, player fees, etc. Provincial meeting.
